2. Hard Drive Data Confidentiality

Any client storage drive (SSD/HDD) handled during board diagnostics is treated as strictly confidential. Our technicians do not browse personal files, copy databases, or distribute user folders. 3. Web Analytics & Tracking

We use lightweight conversion tracking scripts to analyze page load speeds, scroll behaviors, and click outcomes (e.g. tracking clicks on WhatsApp buttons or phone links). This helps us optimize performance and conversion efficiency. No personal browser databases are scraped.

4. Consent & Revocation

By submitting any form, you authorize Doctor Laptop to contact you via telephone call, SMS, or WhatsApp message. If you wish to request deletion of an intake record, contact the team through the contact page and include your reference details.
