1. Diagnostic Consent

By booking a device for repair, the client consents to Doctor Laptop technicians opening the laptop chassis, de-soldering components, or running stress diagnostic tools. We are not responsible for existing defects that reveal themselves under tracing (e.g. cracked micro-solders that fail completely under thermal scan).

2. Payment & Handover

Payment is due in full at the time of device handover. We do not support installment payments for repair work. Devices will not be returned to the client until payment clearances have been completed.

3. Unclaimed Devices Policy

Devices left unclaimed in our laboratory for more than 60 days after repair completion notification will be recycled or liquidated to cover bench costs and components. Doctor Laptop is not liable for data loss or hardware replacement value on unclaimed items after this term.

4. Limitation of Liability

Doctor Laptop is not liable for data loss, lost revenue, or operational disruptions resulting from hardware failures. Clients must backup storage data before booking repairs. Our maximum liability for any transaction is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.
